A well-established organisation is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Centurion. This role offers exposure to group reporting, financial management, and month-end reporting processes while working alongside experienced finance professionals.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance function while developing valuable group accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Assist with group reporting and consolidations
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- BCom Degree
Experience:
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
- Group reporting exposure advantageous
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong financial reporting knowledge
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Degree obtained from UP, UJ, NWU, UCT, or Wits preferred
