Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (required)
- Certificate/Diploma in HR, Training Admin, Office Admin or similar (preferred)
- 23 years experience in training or HR administration
- LMS experience (Moodle preferred)
- Strong MS Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups)
- Experience with compliance training and audits (advantage)
- Fluent in Afrikaans (Speak, read and write)
- Coordinate training calendars, schedules, venues, trainers, and learners
- Manage learner records, attendance, certificates, and compliance in LMS/HRIS
- Track mandatory training, expiries, and renewals
- Prepare audit-ready training files and reports
- Produce monthly training dashboards and cost tracking
- Support learners, trainers, and external providers
- Maintain training materials and LMS content
- Assist with SOPs, process improvements, and accreditation documentation
- Handle training logistics, classrooms, and consumables
