Their platform simplifies booking, quoting, and payments, while their team delivers tailored solutions across leisure, corporate, and luxury travel.
With global reach and strong expertise, they combine technology with personal service to deliver trusted travel solutions.
They are now looking for a Head of Operations to join their team. This role is ideal for someone confident, reliable, and able to take charge while also earning the trust of the operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth
- Improve turnaround times
- Increase quote conversion rates
- Introduce and implement effective controls and process improvements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including new systems and technologies
- Experience working in the travel industry (preferable)
- Proven experience in a senior operations or management role
- Strong ability to work under pressure and handle challenging clients and suppliers
- Resilient and confident, with the ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
- Excellent soft skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship management
- Strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to troubleshoot and multi-task effectively
- Driven, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with finance, systems, business development, and contracting teams
- Ambition and leadership potential, with the ability to grow into an executive-level role
- Annual performance-based bonus
- 21 days of leave per year
