Duties:
- Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
- Managing month-end and year-end close processes
- Preparing management accounts and financial statements in compliance with relevant standards
- Ensuring tax and regulatory compliance (SARS, VAT, and PAYE)
- Partnering with department heads to interpret financial data and drive performance improvements
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Qualifications:
- A completed finance or accounting Degree is essential
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years solid experience in a financial accounting or controlling role
- Demonstrated experience managing the full financial function
