Vehicle Finance and Insurance Manager, Port Elizabeth

Our client seeking a driven and detail-oriented Vehicle Finance and Insurance Manager in Port Elizabeth to join our growing dealership team. This critical role is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers on vehicle finance and insurance (F&I) solutions, ensuring a seamless and professional purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and explain a variety of finance and insurance products to customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Analyze customer profiles and financial information to recommend tailored finance and insurance solutions
  • Process all applications for vehicle finance and insurance, overseeing documentation and approvals
  • Ensure adherence to the FAIS (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services) Act and other relevant compliance frameworks
  • Build strong relationships with customers, financial institutions, and insurance companies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance options, insurance products, and regulatory changes
  • Achieve targeted finance and insurance performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Liaise closely with the sales team to support and drive vehicle sales

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • RE5 (Regulatory Examination Level 5) qualification is mandatory
  • Proven experience in vehicle finance and insurance management within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of F&I (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services) regulations, compliance, and industry standards
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and high levels of integrity
