Key Responsibilities:

  • User Support:
Provide first-line technical assistance to users, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate complex problems to senior staff or third parties. Ensure timely resolution within SLA.
  • Ticket Management:
Log, track, and resolve support tickets. Follow up with users to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
  • Data Maintenance:
Assist with data entry, cleansing, deduplication, and support data import/export processes.
  • Documentation & Training:
Help create and update user guides and participate in internal training sessions.
  • Basic Configuration & Customization:
Support the setup of fields, workflows, and reports under supervision.
  • Access & Security Management:

Assist with user access control, permissions, and profile management.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • JavaScript, HTML, Java
  • SOAP, JSON, Web Services
  • Deployment processes

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A relevant degree (NQF Level 7) in:
  • Software Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Mathematics
  • Or a related field
  • Beneficial certifications:
  • Salesforce
  • Business Central
  • Business Intelligence tools
