Stock Controller (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain optimal stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Record and update all stock movements in ERP/inventory systems.
- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
- Oversee proper storage and handling of sensitive materials (e.g., fragrance oils).
- Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment with purchasing and suppliers.
- Apply FIFO/FEFO systems for quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate stock and variance reports for management.
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline operations.
- Ensure all handling complies with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stock or inventory control (preferably manufacturing).
- Strong Excel and ERP software skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
