Stock Controller (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain optimal stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Record and update all stock movements in ERP/inventory systems.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Oversee proper storage and handling of sensitive materials (e.g., fragrance oils).
  • Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment with purchasing and suppliers.
  • Apply FIFO/FEFO systems for quality and compliance.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate stock and variance reports for management.
  • Work closely with production, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline operations.
  • Ensure all handling complies with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in stock or inventory control (preferably manufacturing).
  • Strong Excel and ERP software skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
