Project Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the investment, asset management, wealth management, or broader financial services environment
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) advantageous
• Strong understanding of project governance and project delivery methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to implementation and closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure projects align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee engagements
• Drive continuous improvement within project management practices
