Virtual Advisor: Commercial Lines (Short-Term Insurance)

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Virtual Short-Term Insurance Advisor to join a dynamic team focused on delivering solution-oriented advice and service in both Personal and Commercial Lines. Operating in a virtual and hybrid model, youll play a vital role in offering tailored insurance solutions and growing a sustainable client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and insurance solutions to clients with business risk and personal insurance needs.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, bankers, insurers, and life advisers.
• Meet sales and growth targets in a virtual/hybrid model.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure full compliance with practice management, FAIS, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• FSCA-Approved Qualification.
• RE5 Regulatory Exam for Representatives.
• FAIS-recognised experience.
• Product Specific Training (provided on appointment).
• Class of Business (COB) Training.
• CPD (Continuous Professional Development) compliance.
• Honesty, integrity, and good standing.
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
• NQF Level 5 in Short-Term Insurance.
• RE5 with up-to-date COB and CPD.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in personal Insurance sales.
