Job Description:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such asphysicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate
comprehensive care.
Provide guidance, supervision and training to junior staff. -
Review and approve support plans to ensure they are
accurate, individualized, and reflective of resident
centered care principles.
Monitor the implementation of support plans.
Handling and administration of medication according to guidelines
set out in the policy.
Timeously ordering of medication and requesting of 6 monthlychronic scripts.
Monitoring and recording of side effects and adverse effects.
Educating junior staff regarding the supervision of swallowingmedication as well as potential side-effects .
Administering of medication according to manufacturer's guidelines.
