Sales Consultant

Your Responsibilities:

• External Sales - promoting and selling various HVAC related services and Installations (to various construction sites, Mechanical consultants, Developers, Architects).
• CRM to existing clients.
• Build own client own client database.
• Deliver exceptional sales knowledge and customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain GP on projects.
• Plan and manage projects on-site, including BOQs, materials, and team schedules.
• Oversee site meetings, instructions, and variation orders. Read, measure, and interpret building plans on-site and off.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and builders.
• Compile and submit O&M manuals and ensure as-built plans align with completed scopes.
• Stay informed on HVAC products and installation methods through supplier training.
• Prepare and submit various boqs/quotes before deadline.

Essential requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 minimum.
• trade-related qualifications in Sales,
• Project Management,
• or Mechanical Engineering are advantageous.
• Own Vehicle a must.

Experience:

• At least 5 years in a Sales or Project Management role with strong HVAC knowledge.

Skills:

• Advanced communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Experience:

• Hvac Sales: 5 years (Required)
