Location: Paarl, Western CapeShift Work: Day (07:00 19:00) & Night (19:00 07:00)
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our botanical extracts manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing production processes efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSGrade 12 (Matric)
Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing, production, or process control environment
Experience in a food manufacturing plant will be advantageous
Strong mathematical and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Willingness to work shifts (day & night), overtime, and weekends
Reliable transport to and from work
Must reside in Paarl or surrounding areas
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReport to the Production Supervisor and carry out all production-related tasks
Ensure production processes are followed according to internal procedures
Maintain accurate document control and production records
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
Follow housekeeping requirements in line with SOPs
Ensure correct raw materials are used in the required quantities
Operate and monitor production equipment effectively
Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Accurately record production data in logbooks and system forms
