Junior Fund Accountant (SAIPA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements for funds and related entities.
- Assist with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team with VAT and income tax calculations and returns.
- Provide input on improvements to financial reporting processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Completion of SAIPA Articles is essential.
- Professional accountant registration (SAIPA or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
