Debtors Clerk [Accpac/Syspro]

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage debtors accounts, payment allocations, and reconciliations
- Process credit notes, open new accounts, and maintain pricing
- Prepare weekly and monthly debtors reports
- Handle customer billing queries professionally
- Assist with audits and liaise with legal/underwriters when required
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in ACCPAC and SYSPRO (non-negotiable)
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
