Debtors Clerk [Accpac/Syspro]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage debtors accounts, payment allocations, and reconciliations
  • Process credit notes, open new accounts, and maintain pricing
  • Prepare weekly and monthly debtors reports
  • Handle customer billing queries professionally
  • Assist with audits and liaise with legal/underwriters when required

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in ACCPAC and SYSPRO (non-negotiable)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Please note: Applicants without ACCPAC and SYSPRO experience will be immediately rejected.
