Receptionist / Office Controller

Duties include:

  • Ensure the effective management and administration of office operations, including reception duties, office supplies, petty cash, vendor payments / management, maintenance coordination, health and safety compliance, and ISO documentation. Maintain accurate records and support quality management initiatives
  • Perform reception duties on a daily basis.
  • Manage, order, and maintain office consumables with accurate record-keeping of stock.
  • Ensure cost-effective management of suppliers for consumables.
  • Management of Financials
  • Control expenses by monitoring office and maintenance costs.
  • Ensure all purchases follow company procurement procedures.
  • Obtain and compare quotations for maintenance and consumables.
  • Management of Customer Relationship
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Responsible for all external audits for OHS and ISO maintenance.
  • Risk Management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in admin control.
  • Experience with quality related functions.
