Receptionist / Office Controller

Duties include:
- Ensure the effective management and administration of office operations, including reception duties, office supplies, petty cash, vendor payments / management, maintenance coordination, health and safety compliance, and ISO documentation. Maintain accurate records and support quality management initiatives
- Perform reception duties on a daily basis.
- Manage, order, and maintain office consumables with accurate record-keeping of stock.
- Ensure cost-effective management of suppliers for consumables.
- Management of Financials
- Control expenses by monitoring office and maintenance costs.
- Ensure all purchases follow company procurement procedures.
- Obtain and compare quotations for maintenance and consumables.
- Management of Customer Relationship
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Responsible for all external audits for OHS and ISO maintenance.
- Risk Management
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in admin control.
- Experience with quality related functions.
