A credible senior sales hunter who can win net new business, open strategic accounts, and sell enterprise software together with implementation, consulting, and support services in a consultative, workflow-led environment.
Requirement- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with meaningful exposure to consultative enterprise or mid-market solution sales
- Proven success in true hunting roles evidence of opening and winning new logos or new divisions within existing groups
- Experience selling software together with professional services, implementation, consulting, integration, or managed support
- Comfortable running longer-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals across business, IT, procurement, and executive decision-makers
- Core mandate: Net new business acquisition and strategic account growth
- Sale profile: Enterprise software + implementation services + support/optimisation
- Key capability: Consultative hunting, workflow discovery, multi-stakeholder deal leadership
- Avoid: Transactional reps, account managers, product-only sellers
