Creative Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and continuous evolution of the companys visual identity across the website and all digital touchpoints.
• Ensure consistent and cohesive brand expression across the website, product UI, marketing materials, and client-facing assets.
• Maintain brand integrity while integrating innovation and adapting to evolving design standards.
• Drive the end-to-end design of the proprietary real estate management platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to inform and validate design decisions.
• Design and manage high-performance, visually aligned front-end templates tailored for real estate clients.
• Apply industry best practices and user behavior insights to create effective interfaces for property searches, listing views, and lead generation.
• Partner with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with design intent.
• Mentor and manage in-house and freelance design resources, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and client service teams to align design with business goals.
• Establish and uphold scalable design systems, processes, and brand guidelines.

Experience:

• 5+ years' experience in a senior role with at least 2 years in a leadership / Creative Director capacity
• Strong digital product design, responsive web design and brand identity work (Portfolio request)
• Excellent understanding of Ui/UX best practices for SaaS platforms
• Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Experience with Agile methodology and B2B platforms
