A trusted name in mining services and operational excellence, is looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their HR and Finance team. If you have a strong understanding of payroll systems and thrive in a deadline-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.
As a Payroll Admin you will responsible for the following:
- Oversee the effective administration of the payroll system.
- Manage and maintain the biometric timekeeping system.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollment and updates.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data.
- Prepare and process employment contracts and job offer documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and providing candidate feedback.
- Respond to employee inquiries, such as employment confirmations and payslip requests.
- Ensure daily updates and accurate maintenance of employee records and personnel files.
- Assist in tracking and managing HR deliverables and initiatives.
- Support internal HR audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations matters.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive and confidential employee files.
- Manage and monitor employee leave records and related documentation.
Job Experience and Skills Required: HR Diploma or similar Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar role.
2 - 4 years solid Payroll/HRIS experience
