As a Payroll Admin you will responsible for the following:

• Oversee the effective administration of the payroll system.
• Manage and maintain the biometric timekeeping system.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment and updates.
• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data.
• Prepare and process employment contracts and job offer documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and providing candidate feedback.
• Respond to employee inquiries, such as employment confirmations and payslip requests.
• Ensure daily updates and accurate maintenance of employee records and personnel files.
• Assist in tracking and managing HR deliverables and initiatives.
• Support internal HR audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Provide administrative support for employee relations matters.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive and confidential employee files.
• Manage and monitor employee leave records and related documentation.

Job Experience and Skills Required: HR Diploma or similar Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar role.

2 - 4 years solid Payroll/HRIS experience
