My client is looking for a Financial and Admin Manager to oversee the financial, administrative, and operational support functions of the business. This is a key role offering the opportunity to grow alongside a company with a strong reputation in the pharmaceutical space.
Duties:
- Full responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, and all statutory requirements
- Oversee payroll and HR administration processes
- Oversee procurement, stock management and supplier relationships
- Support the executive team with analysis and operational reporting
Education and experience:
- BCom Accounting
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a finance/admin role
- Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry experience is advantageous but not essential
