Midrand - Finance and Admin manager

My client is looking for a Financial and Admin Manager to oversee the financial, administrative, and operational support functions of the business. This is a key role offering the opportunity to grow alongside a company with a strong reputation in the pharmaceutical space.

Duties:

  • Full responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Manage daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts
  • Ensure compliance with SARS, VAT, and all statutory requirements
  • Oversee payroll and HR administration processes
  • Oversee procurement, stock management and supplier relationships
  • Support the executive team with analysis and operational reporting

Education and experience:

  • BCom Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a finance/admin role
  • Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry experience is advantageous but not essential
