Corporate Actions Administrator

An established financial services business is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Administrator to join their operations team. This role will suit someone with strong attention to detail and hands-on experience managing local and international corporate actions in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end processing of corporate actions events
- Interpreting announcements and circulars and assessing impact on portfolios
- Processing entitlements, elections, and cash and/or stock movements
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely execution of all events
- Liaising with internal teams and external counterparties
- Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies
What we are looking for:
- Minimum3 years' experience in a corporate actions or related operations role
- Strong understanding of corporate actions processes, regulations and market events
- Exposure toJSE, Strate and international markets
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Self-starter who is organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
