An established, fast-paced business in Cape Town's CBD is seeking a hands-on, experienced Financial Manager to step into a temporary role and provide critical support during a key transition phase. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an independent role and can immediately take ownership of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including order processing, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely supplier payments and customer collections
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Ensure that internal controls are followed and financial processes are documented
• Liaise with banks, service providers, and customers where necessary

Skills Required:

• Relevant Finance or Accounting Degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong Excel skills and solid working knowledge of financial processes
• Proven experience in a FM role or similar
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and deadline management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability and the ability to commit to a temporary contract
