A well-established agricultural retail business is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier Store Supervisor to oversee daily cashier operations and support customer service excellence within the store environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong supervisory ability, excellent numerical accuracy, and a professional approach to customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily cashier and till operations
Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction controlManage cash-ups, refunds, and point-of-sale processes
Assist customers with product queries and purchases
Work closely with sales, dispatch, and logistics teams
Maintain efficient and professional front-store operations
Minimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate / NQF 4 equivalent
Previous cashier experienceIntermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid drivers licence and own transport
Advantageous: Experience within agricultural retail
