We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Dealership Warranty Clerk to join our team in Brackenfell. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty Claims Processing: Accurately process warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty transactions, including claim submissions, approvals, and reimbursements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all warranty activities comply with industry standards and manufacturer requirements.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with customers and service advisors to address warranty-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on warranty claim status and reimbursements to management.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to verify claim information and ensure timely processing

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Warranty Clerk role within a franchised motor dealership.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in dealership management systems such as Evolve, Pinnacle, or similar platforms.
  • Licenses: Valid driver's license (Code B or higher).
  • Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
