Programme Manager

The Programme Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programmes that align with organizational strategy. They ensure that multiple projects within the programme are coordinated, risks are managed, and benefits are realized.

• Ensure programme objectives support organizational goals.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable programme plans.
• Programme Planning & Governance
• Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks.

• Engage with senior leadership, sponsors, and external partners.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects.
• Escalate critical issues and propose solutions.
• Resource & Budget Oversight
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Allocate resources across projects to optimize delivery.
• Performance & Benefits Realization
• Track KPIs and ensure programme outcomes are achieved.
• Conduct post-programme reviews to capture lessons learned.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven experience in programme/project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, Agile).
• Financial acumen and ability to manage large budgets.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.

• Bachelors degree in business, Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
• 7+ years of experience in programme or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-million-dollar programmes.
