Sales Executive-Manager - Furniture Showroom Sales -JHB - In Store

A proudly South African furniture manufacturer and retailer is seeking dynamic and driven Sales Executive /Manager to join our in-store sales team. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Deliver a superior customer experience through professional sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

• Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with brand standards.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and stock management.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure the store runs efficiently and meets performance objectives.

• Work closely with the store team to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
• Assist with team motivation and supervision where required.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 510 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, or a related industry.
• Skills & Attributes:

Remuneration:

• Salary Range: R15 000 R40 000 per month
