Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and exceptional Product Owner to join our cross-functional team. This role will act as the bridge between strategy, design, and technology, taking features and concepts through the full product lifecycle, from ideation and backlog creation, through delivery across web and mobile platforms, to release management, testing, and ongoing product evolution.

Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision
Define, communicate, and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.Align business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities to shape product direction.
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are consistently represented.
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Backlog & Delivery OwnershipTranslate business strategies and concepts into a structured backlog of features, user stories, and requirements.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, and engineers to define clear product specifications.
Prioritize features and ensure the team is always focused on delivering maximum value.
Manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and timelines.
Remove delivery roadblocks and enable smooth collaboration across teams.
Release & Quality ManagementOversee the release process from testing phases to launch, ensuring product quality, stability, and usability.
Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria, testing requirements, and ensure rigorous validation.
Ensure smooth release cycles across web and mobile platforms.
Product Evolution & PerformanceMeasure product success through KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback.
Drive continuous improvement and iterative enhancements post-launch.
Own the product lifecycle, ensuring relevance and scalability in line with business goals.
Stakeholder & Team CollaborationAct as the primary liaison between business strategy, design, and technology delivery teams.
Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
Champion Agile principles and foster high-performing, cross-functional collaboration.
Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Formal certification in Digital Product Management, Product Owner, Agile Delivery, or User Experience is highly beneficial
