Full Credit Controller – 6-Month Contract (Office-Based | Century City)

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic finance team on a fixed-term contract.
  • Working Hours: 08h30 – 17h00 | Monday to Friday
  • Duration: 6-month contract | Office-based in Century City
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Full function credit control & collections
  • Manage billing queries via ticketing system
  • Respond to all client emails within 24 hours
  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure invoices are sent out
  • Maintain client details on internal systems
  • Contact clients at least 3x per month (1 must be a phone call)
  • Escalate non-payment & action suspensions or payment plans
  • Promote use of payment portal & autopay
  • Resolve disputes and support ad-hoc reporting
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years in credit control / accounts receivable
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-driven with excellent admin & follow-up
  • Comfortable using CRM/finance systems
  • Able to take ownership and work independently
