My client is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a New Vehicle Sales Manager in a volume dealership. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the new vehicle sales department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the new vehicle sales team
- Setting sales goals and targets
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Monitoring sales performance and reporting to the Dealer Principle
- Training and mentoring sales staff
