The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the full finance function, lead a high-performing team, and provide critical commercial and operational insights that support sustainable growth within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance, including management accounts, annual financial statements, tax, and audits.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks to ensure the business remains financially healthy.
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency through costing, margin analysis, and strategic business partnering.
- Lead and develop the finance team while providing commercial insights and recommendations to Exco and key stakeholders.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- 5 years post articles experience
- People management
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry
