Dispatch Clerk

Duties:

• Ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of food products to clients and distributors.
• Prepare and organize transportation documentation, including delivery notes and invoices.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to pick, pack, and label orders.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure that orders are fulfilled without delays.
• Communicate with transport teams to schedule deliveries
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards during the dispatch process.
• Coordinate with the logistics department to resolve any issues with delayed or incorrect orders.
• Ensure that all dispatched goods are packed and labeled correctly for transportation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse roles (preferably in the food manufacturing industry).
• Knowledge of food safety rules and standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Great attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work well both in a team and on your own.
