Job Description

The Maintenance Staff member will be responsible for general office and building maintenance duties, ensuring the facility remains safe and well-maintained. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, able to perform manual tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

General office and building maintenance support
Moving and rearranging office furniture and equipment
Assisting with basic electrical maintenance and minor repairs
Handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and transporting items
Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas
Supporting maintenance teams with ad-hoc tasks

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Proven experience in building or office maintenance
Physically fit and able for manual tasks
Willingness to work hands-on
Ability to follow instructions
