Overview

Our client, a custom software development company, is seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front office and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and manage the reception area.
  • Answer and direct calls; handle email and telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling.
  • Manage mail, courier services, and general office administration.
  • Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day operational needs.
Requirements
  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • 1–2 years' experience in a receptionist or admin support role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional, organised, and able to multitask.
