Office Administrator / Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, letters, and packages.
- Prepare reports, capture data, and maintain administrative databases.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist management with scheduling, diary management, and coordination of appointments.
- Support business operations through effective communication and follow-up on key tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
- Assist with staff scheduling and training coordination.
- Oversee maintenance requirements and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Schedule service providers and equipment repairs.
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and customers to maintain strong working relationships.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and advertising activities.
- Coordinate and manage social media content and engagement.
- Support promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- 35 years' experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Previous experience within the restaurant, hospitality, food service, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments is essential.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, mature, and adaptable approach to work.
- Highly organised and efficient.
- Dynamic, energetic, and proactive.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
- Able to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Flexible and willing to assist across multiple areas of the business.
