Key Responsibilities

Office Administration
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, letters, and packages.
  • Prepare reports, capture data, and maintain administrative databases.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Personal Assistant Support
  • Assist management with scheduling, diary management, and coordination of appointments.
  • Support business operations through effective communication and follow-up on key tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
Operations Support
  • Assist with staff scheduling and training coordination.
  • Oversee maintenance requirements and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
  • Schedule service providers and equipment repairs.
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and customers to maintain strong working relationships.
Marketing & Social Media
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and advertising activities.
  • Coordinate and manage social media content and engagement.
  • Support promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
  • 35 years' experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Previous experience within the restaurant, hospitality, food service, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments is essential.
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, mature, and adaptable approach to work.
