- Proven experience in retail, sales, or operations management
- Experience in machinery, hardware, or equipment sales (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and reports
- Computer literacy (POS systems, inventory systems, Microsoft Office)
- Results-driven with strong business acumen
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
