Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
- 35 years post-articles experience in financial services or asset management
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, Companies Act, and tax compliance
- Experience preparing AFS, managing audits, and implementing internal controls
- Strong technical accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting skills
- Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, CaseWare, or Oracle
- High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills
