Our client is looking for a Junior Administrator / Receptionist to join their dynamic team on a temporary contract.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and manage the intercom and switchboard; direct calls appropriately.
  • Handle filing, data capturing, and general office administration.
  • Manage petty cash and customer cash payments confidently.
  • Send company documents, statements, invoices, and PODs via email.
  • Assist with stationery control and vendor forms.
  • Support various admin functions within Sage X3 (delivery notes, invoicing, opening accounts, purchasing, and reports).
What We’re Looking For
  • Matric qualification (essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience on Sage X3 is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional, approachable, and detail oriented.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
  • Preferably residing in Alberton, Meyerton, or the Vaal area.
Working Hours
  • Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
  • Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
  • No weekends or public holidays!

Remuneration
