Receptionist / Admin Clerk

We are looking for a skilled Receptionist / Admin Clerk to join our team.
Skills Requirements:- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Must be Computer Literate
- Minimum 2 years Reception experience
- Strong communication skills, friendly and well spoken
- Sage 300 experience advantageous
- Receptionist – answering of phones and taking messages
- Secretarial support to the branch staff
- General administration of the branch
- Invoicing and filing of sales orders
- Create purchase orders
- Recon and maintaining a cash float for daily expenses
- Process Credit card payments
- Minutes of meetings
- Loading cash clients on Accpac
- Transfer stock request in absence of Branch Manager
- Stock Requisitions
