Warehouse Operations Manager

Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 Negotiable

To own the end-to-end operation of our warehouse, ensuring peak performance in safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You'll be the key driver behind your team's success.

Requirements:

• A Proven Leader with solid warehouse/ logistics management experience.
• Hands-On and willing to jump in to load, unload, and move stock alongside your team.
• A Problem-Solver with strong knowledge of WMS, safety protocols, and warehouse processes.
• A Clear Communicator who can motivate a team and hold them accountable.
• Forklift Licence advantages
• Experience in a fast-moving environment (FMCG/e-commerce)
• ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Lead & Develop a team of warehouse operatives through hands-on coaching and clear direction.
• Guarantee Efficiency by overseeing daily activities—from receiving to dispatch—and smashing KPI targets.
• Ensure Accuracy by managing inventory control and resolving discrepancies head-on.
• Champion Safety by upholding the highest health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Drive Improvement by constantly seeking ways to optimize workflows and warehouse layout and product rotation.
