Receptionist & Driver

Reception & Client Services
  • Greet and assist all visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and email communication
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-organised
Administrative & Document Management
  • Coordinate the collection, delivery, and filing of documents as required
  • Support administrative staff with day-to-day office duties
  • Maintain accurate internal filing systems and log incoming correspondence and nominations
Transport & General Support
  • Carry out driving duties for office-related errands and approved assignments
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and ensure routine upkeep
Minimum Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) essential
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a receptionist, client-facing, or administrative support role
  • Previous experience handling errands or transport responsibilities within a professional setting preferred
  • Knowledge of how to manage sensitive documentation and maintain confidentiality
  • Valid South African drivers license (manual transmission preferred)
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to exercise sound discretion
Key Skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Confident interpersonal style with a professional appearance and manner
