About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation across target accounts, using a mix of phone, email, LinkedIn, video, and voice-note outreach. You’ll work with modern sales tools, track your performance metrics closely, and help generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn quickly, thrive under targets, and build a strong career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities- Research target accounts and relevant contacts
- Prospect outbound through cold-calling, email, LinkedIn, video, and voice-note outreach
- Use tools such as SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to improve prospecting effectiveness
- Build strong domain and product knowledge
- Track outreach and meeting metrics to guide performance and decision-making
- Achieve booked and held meeting quotas
- Contribute to meaningful pipeline generation and closed-won revenue support
- Strong desire to learn and improve continuously
