A nationwide real estate giant is looking for a sharp, proactive Deal Processor to manage high volumes of property transactions across the country

Minimum requirements:

Strong understanding of property transactions, contracts, and legal requirements
Proven ability to work on multiple web-based platforms and systems
Fast learner who quickly adapts to new technology
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions to save deals
Ability to work independently without supervision
Professional communication skills with agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and bond originators

Key Responsibilities:

Processing offers to purchase accurately and efficiently
Managing and updating price lists
Handling all property transaction documentation and compliance
Managing multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining speed and accuracy
Thinking proactively to identify and solve potential issues before they escalate
Communicating professionally with all parties to keep deals on track
Finding creative solutions to salvage and close challenging transactions

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
