As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Sage Pastel Payroll & HR Support Consultant to join the team.
This role is ideal for a payroll professional with strong Sage Pastel Payroll expertise who enjoys solving client queries, providing consulting support, and building long-term client relationships.
Role Overview
The Sage Pastel Payroll & HR Support Consultant will provide telephonic and onsite support to clients using Sage Partner Payroll and HR systems. The successful candidate must have extensive practical knowledge of Sage Pastel Payroll functionality, payroll processing, and South African payroll legislation, including BCEA requirements and statutory submissions.
This is not a standard payroll processing role the successful candidate must be confident answering detailed client questions regarding payroll functionality, compliance, and legislation in real time.
Key Responsibilities- Provide telephonic, remote, and onsite support to payroll clients
- Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls accurately and timeously
- Assist clients with Sage Partner Payroll and HR system functionality
