Call Centre Operator (Logistics) - Pretoria

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be available immediately.
• Call Centre (Logistics): 2 years (Required).
• English (Required).
• Afrikaans (Desired).
• Diploma or similar in Logistics or Transport Management (advantage but not essential).
• 2-3 years experience in similar position within the logistics & transport industry.
• Willing to work shifts (including weekends).

Responsibilities:

• Breakdowns logging and feedback.
• Diesel filling approvals.
• Capturing of loads on system.
• Journey management, including sleep plans.
• Issuing and Management of Pool Vehicle.

Shift Rotation:

• Days Day Shift 06:00 18:00.
• Days Night Shift 18:00 06:00.
• Work on a 3 days on/3 days off basis.
