Draught Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that callouts are opened and closed according to company standards:

• Open callouts on company Enterprise.
• Capture details of outlook accurately.
• Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes
• Log expected time of arrival of technician at outlet.
• Close callouts on company Enterprise.
• Analyse and close job cards processed on CallRunna.
• Check accuracy of flow meter readings.
• Check accuracy of glassware delivered, log reasons for non-delivery.

Ensure all weekly packs are closed and submitted accordingly:

• Capture and analysis of car stock counts.
• Check invoicing of stock.
• Invoice callout and travel charges.
• Capture stock data onto database.
• Capture and analyse technician KM claims.
• Analyse and close weekly reports.

Provide administrative support to the technicians for the vehicles:

• Conduct weekly car inspections.
• Responsible for all vehicles i.e booking of services, license disks etc.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Qualification.
• Exposure within a client service environment.
• 1-2 years experience as a Data Capturer
• Intermediate proficiency in Ms. Office.
• Knowledge of capturing on a database would be beneficial.
