Overview

My client a Multi-entity group (Hospitality, Property & Operations) is urgently recruiting for highly capable, energetic and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO across five dynamic and fast-growing companies within the hospitality, property and operations sector.

This is not a “standard admin role.” This position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments and can think independently, anticipate needs, and keep multiple operations running smoothly.

Minimum Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Own laptop (essential)
  • Willingness to travel between: Gezina (Main Base), Sundown Country Estate – Rustenburg, La Montagne – Hartbeespoort
  • Strong administrative and coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency

Ability to multitask across multiple businesses simultaneously

Key Responsibilities
  • Full executive diary and schedule management
  • Travel coordination and logistical planning
  • Meeting coordination, minutes and follow-ups
  • Tracking projects across multiple companies
  • Assisting with operational oversight and reporting
  • Acting as liaison between CEO and management teams
  • Managing confidential information
  • Ensuring accountability on delegated tasks
  • Creating structure, reminders and systems
