Senior Financial Accountant

The role involves: Reviewing supplier reconciliations for mid-month, month-end, and ad-hoc payments
Processing drawdowns (Investec) and Forex payments (FNB)Overseeing project payment cycles and ensuring timeous submission
Updating brokerage and project billing schedules
Preparing new project billing frameworks
Support revenue reconciliation and month-end close
Ensuring VAT compliance
Arranging audit and independent reviews
Preparing monthly accruals and recurring journals
Managing profiles, adding entities/users, updating banking details
Skills & Experience: Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
Minimum 6 years of accounting experienceExperience in SPVs, property development, or audit practice (advantageous)
Supervisory experience (advantageous)
Advanced Excel and Financial Systems Capability
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
Qualification: BCom Accounting / BCompt or equivalent (Accounting III + Taxation essential)
