Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Finance qualification
- At least 5 years bookkeeping/financial experience
- 2 years and more procurement experience
- 5 years general office admin experience
- Experience using accounting software
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and general office administration.
- Welcome guests and inform relevant personnel of their arrival.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, collaborating with the Office/HR Manager to secure quotes and place orders.
- Ensure financial documents are current and accurately stored, by updating templates and archiving old versions.
- Maintain meticulous financial records, including the company archive.
- Shred outdated financial paperwork.
- Monitor and report on service delivery times, specifically tracking sample receipt and release timestamps.
- Prepare client quotes after obtaining Finance approval.
- Receive and prepare test result reports for client distribution and billing.
- Handle all aspects of client invoicing and statements.
- Address and resolve client queries related to billing.
