• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not requireda positive attitude matters most!
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively.

• A true passion for delivering excellent customer service daily.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when needed.
• A passed Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
