Sales Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Certificate.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or sales would be beneficial.
• 25 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Background in ICT with sound technical knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Valid Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing product information, service support, and personalised guidance.
• Process sales orders and quotations received via telephone, email, or walk-ins in accordance with company procedures.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and internal communications, including follow-ups on quotations and requests.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
• Identify high-potential prospects to focus targeted sales efforts and increase conversion rates.
• Manage pricing strategies to support the achievement of company margin and profitability goals.
• Monitor customer buying patterns and report trends or insights to the Sales Manager for strategic action.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and other documentation as required by company management.
