Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and manage working capital, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
• Reconcile intercompany loans and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Capture and maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 12 years experience in a junior financial management or related role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
